Atherform Limited are a long standing (established in 1998) firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors who provide a wide range of services related to the commercial management of construction projects including amongst other things the following :-

Atherform Limited was founded in 1998 by Tim Howe BSc MRICS ICIOB MACostE,  a professional Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the control of major projects within the utility, chemical and nuclear industries. Multi-skilled with knowledge covering procurement, project control, cost engineering, estimating, contracts and planning. He has fulfilled key roles in various project management teams both on in-house projects and managing / overseeing major external contractors on projects executed through various contract strategies.

Tim has an all round understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships at all levels through appropriate interpersonal skills. He has a positive attitude with drive and initiative and strengths in providing contractual and procurement advice, cost management and reporting and delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

Tim has been involved in a wide range of construction projects and been responsible for dealing with all aspects of the construction process. He has experience of working with a diverse client base and a variety of construction professionals. He also has a wide range of management skills including client liaison and business presentations and has a good commercial business understanding.

He is client focused and enjoys delivering projects to high standards in both time and cost.
